Having been dealing with themes in Visio 2013 recently, I’ve found that while the gallery works ok, I’d often like a ‘cheat-sheet’ to quickly layout all of the various color options. So, here’s one I made earlier…
I’ve just put together the a list of each of the 26 built-in themes and included the four Variants associated with each one.
Selecting a theme for the page sets the available palette for the color drop-down in the ribbon (and via the context menu). While the main palette is set for the entire theme, the ‘Variant Colors’ change depending on the Variant selected via the Design ribbon tab.
For each theme, I’ve added the name and index, should you need to look this up for use in the ShapeSheet, and, a few of the main theme value parameter names for use with the THEMEVAL function.
